Gary Ropski, president of Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, was mentioned in the July 11, 2008 edition of the Chicago Lawyer blog in an article titled "Around the Water Cooler: Sailing." The blog talked about Mr. Ropski and a team representing the U.S. that recently participated in the 2008 Patent Cup Regatta, which was held off the coast of Italy. Mr. Ropski's team took 3rd place in the event. This is the second time the team has participated.
