Vincent J. Gnoffo
Mr. Gnoffo focuses on intellectual property prosecution and opinions in the electrical, computer and mechanical arts.
His prosecution experience involves technologies such as the Internet, computer software, digital encoding, electronic circuitry, power meters, telecommunications, computer networks, medical devices, nightlights, lift cranes, harvesting equipment, electro-optical devices, semiconductors, antennas, diving equipment, pulse oximeters, online-sponsored advertising, learning tools, and packaging. Mr. Gnoffo also has extensive experience with business method patents. His practice includes both U.S. and foreign patent applications. Mr. Gnoffo has also prosecuted reexamination and protest cases.
Mr. Gnoffo's opinion experience is in the areas of home automation, electronic circuits, pool and spa equipment, rotary input devices, image application, electrical connectors, microprocesssors, programmable timers, solar powered lighting, light emitting diodes and medical sample analysis equipment.
Prior to joining Brinks, Mr. Gnoffo worked for Inland Detroit Diesel-Allison as an application engineer.
