Dominic Zanfardino is a shareholder with Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, where he has practiced intellectual property law and related matters exclusively since joining the firm in 1990. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, and includes complex cases, TRO and preliminary injunction proceedings, and appellate practice before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He also provides general intellectual property counseling primarily in areas relating to biotechnology and medical devices.
