Andrea Lynn Evensen
Ms. Evensen's intellectual property law practice focuses on litigation disputes, including those involving trade secrets, patents, software-related matters and contracts. With a background in computer science, her prosecution docket focuses not only on patent prosecution in the computer arts, but also comprises patent prosecution and opinion writing in the mechanical arts, medical arts and business methods. Her practice also includes copyright and trademark issues.

- Anderson, et al. v. Quixtar Inc. (Dist. Ct. of App. 1st Dist., Fla. 2008): Representing the appellee in the appeal of Quixtar v. Anderson, et al. (Duval Co., Fla.). The appellate court affirmed the lower court's decision.
- Encyclopaedia Britannica, Inc. v. Alpine Electronics of America, Inc., et al., Civil Action No. A-05-CA-359-LY (W.D. Tex. 2005): Defending Alpine in a patent infringement suit brought by Encyclopaedia Britannica regarding U.S. Patent No. 5,241,671 entitled "Multimedia Search System Using a Plurality of Entry Path Means Which Indicate Interrelatedness of Information."
